Day 01: Beijing
Arrive Beijing, met and transferred to hotel.

Day 02: Beijing  
Visit Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace.

Day 03: Beijing    
Great Wall Badaling Section,  Ming Tombs. Roast Duck Dinner.

Day 04: Beijing/Chengdu
Hutong Tour with local family visit to experience the local life. Fly to Chengdu in the afternoon. City sightseeing.

Day 05: Chengdu/Lasha 
Fly to Lasha, the mysterious land known as the Roof of the World which literally meaning “Holy-Land”, is the heart and soul of Tibet, has history of more than 1,300 years. Upon arrival met and transferred to hotel to be acclimated in the afternoon. On the way from airport to down city (2 hours) you’ll see Yalongtamgpo River and Nie Tang Budda – a Budda image engraved in the mountain face.

Day 06: Lhasa  
Today you will visit the world wonder – Potala Palace which is Lhasa’s cardinal landmark, dominating Lhasa skyline. After lunch, visit Jokhang Temple, the spiritual hear of Tibet, this network of shrines hums with shuffling, murmuring pilgrims.  Then join the interesting Barkhore circuit, Lhasa’s fascinating medieval pilgrim circuit, chock-a-block with religious artifacts and prostrating pilgrims. Taste Yak meat for Dinner.

Day 07: Lhasa/Batsom Lake/Nyingchi
Drive to Nyingchi in the morning (470km, 7hours). Nyingchi is 3000m above sea level with humid climate and beautiful scenery, is also called “ the Switzeland of Tibet”. En route you will visit Batsom Lake which is the biggest freshwater lake of Eastern Tibet. The lake shapes like a crescent with the elevation of 3464m and covers an area of 37.5 square km, the depth of the lake is more than 60m.

Day 08: Nyingchi/Lhasa
Visit the forest and Lama Lin Monastery before drive back to Lhasa.

Day 09: Lhasa/Gyangtse/Shygatse
Drive to Gyangtse in the morning (5.5 hours), en route enjoy Ganbala Pass and Yamdrok Lake. Visit the Palkhor Monastery and the pretty Palkhor Pagoda. Continue to Shygatse (1.5 hours).

Day 10: Shygatse/Lhasa  
Drive back to Lhasa (5 hours), visit Tashilhunpo Monastery en route.

Day 11: Lasha/Chengdu
Transferred to take flight back to Chengdu. Visit its Panda Research Base. Enjoy Sichuan Opera in the evening with “Change Mask” performance.

Day 12: Chengdu/Exit
Transferred to take flight departing Chengdu.
