Rainy Season (from November to May)

Day 1: PM: Our guides will wait you in the luggage port and will gather your belongings to transfer you to our embarkation port in Nauta. The ride will take 1:30hrs. After embarking and your are settle in your cabins our Dining room is ready to treat you with fantastic Amazon delights. After dinner we invite you to the thirddeck were you can enjoy stargazing while we cruise in to the depth of the Amazon Rainforest.

Day 2: Clavero Lagoon and Irikawa creek will be our target. Never does nature seem more bountiful than in the tropics. In this opportunity you will have the chance to explore one of the main cores of it. Wild life will be the one to grate you and biodiversity will be outstanding. On board of our aluminum skiff we will have the chance to get deep into the rainforest and its fantastic diversity of flora and fauna. You will have the chance to enjoy some of the myriad bird species, colorful butterflies and other diverse insects, noisy monkey troops and when the night shift strike you´ll encounter a whole new world of adventure.

Day 3: Belluda Caño & Dorado River are this day adventure!We will head for this spectacular spot within the Pacaya-Samiria Reserve In the skiffs, where you will also experience an unforgettable encounter with gray and pink river dolphins. On the river you will experience abundant wildlife and nature in all of its exuberance while we search for the Amazon River’s transitional forest specialties such as snail kites, festive parrots, endangered scarlet macaws, olive spotted hummingbirds, Amazonian parrotlets and wood creepers, among others.

Day 4: We arrived to Zapote River and in the afternoon to Supay Cocha. This is a good oportunity for kayaking, our guides will take this upstream and it will be a good chance to spot prehistoric looking iguanas who laze in the sun while we travel along the shoreline searching for whatever the jungle has to offer us. Squirrel Monkeys are very active at this time of the day, when they move in large noisy troops at mid- to upper-levels of primary and secondary lowland forest. After a while we will start our piranha fishing!You´ll find this experience one you will not forget!

Day 5: On board our skiffs we will stop at the village of Puerto Miguel to meet local villagers. The women of this village have the most amazing arts & craft market.In our way to the Iquitos Airport we will visit the Rescue & Rehabilitation Center of River Mammals were you will have the chance to meet baby manatees and learn about this pacific and wonderful creatures and why they are in the endangered species list. Our land personnel will wait you at the airport and give your boarding passes and help you check in.

Day 2: During morning time Pahuachiro area will be our target. Never does nature seem more bountiful than in the tropics. In this opportunity you will have the chance to explore one of the main cores of it. Wildlife will be the one to grate you and biodiversity will be outstanding. On board of our aluminum skiff we will have the chance to get deep into the rainforest and its fantastic diversity of flora and fauna. Day 3: Yanallaquillo Creek will bring this day adventure!We will head for this spectacular spot within the PacayaSamiria Reserven on board the skiffs. On the river you will experience abundant wildlife and nature in all of its exuberance while we search for the Amazon River’s transitional forest specialties such as snail kites, festive parrots, endangered scarlet macaws, olive spotted hummingbirds, Amazonian parrotlets and wood creepers, among others. during the afternoon we will go to Pampa Caño, where fishing for Piranhas and wildlife spotting will challenge you while enjoying a majestic sunset.

Day 4: You will get to the only Canopy Walkway in this area!At a height of over 25 meters (85 feet) and extending for 500 meters (one-third of a mile), the Canopy Walkway provides a view of the rainforest from the treetops, the best point for observing Amazon wildlife and vegetation; it is accessible to all and requires nospecialskills orequipment. The suspendedwalkway is spreadbetween14 of the area’s largest rainforest trees and is one of the longest canopy walkways in the world. You will enjoy “Terra Firma” forest and you will be able to see the differences between your previous hike and this one. We will be canoeing back through the Tawampa Lake where you will possibly be able to observe giant Arapaima, the largest fresh water fish in the world. Later in the afternoon, we will have the chance to explore Nauta Caño creek, lagoons, its wonderful dynamic and stunning panoramas. We will sail quietly near shore, exploring marshes, streams and oxbows. Once it is dark, you will hear the second installment of the jungle symphony. Armed with powerful spot lights, we will start our night safari in search of night herons, pauraques, spectacled owls, up to a dozen species of croaking from the river’s edge, and fish bats flying over the water scooping up fish. Spectacled and black caimans are found in these pristine waters, and our guides will point them out to you. Stargazing at this time is unique while fireflies light up the jungle around us.

Day 5: Finish the program with one last Kayaking experience, before heading to Puerto Miguel to meet local villagers.
