DAY 1:    LA PAZ
Private transfer from the airport. (by car, van or bus)

DAY 2:    LA PAZ
We pick up passengers from the hotel to visit the famous Witch Doctor’s Market and San Francisco Colonial Church. The tour continues to Plaza Murillo where the Cathedral, the Government Palace and the National Congress buildings are located. Then, we will visit the famous colonial street Jaen where interesting museums are clustered together, followed by a visit to the replica of the semi-subterranean temple of the Tiwanaku Culture. To change scenery the tour continues to the residential areas of Obrajes, Calacoto and La Florida. The tour ends with a visit to the unique Moon Valley, where you will have the opportunity to walk around, and visit a ceramic workshop with a demonstration of the art of pottery.

DAY 3:    LA PAZ – ORURO – UYUNI
Departures: Wednesday, Friday and Sunday Pick up from hotel and depart in regular bus to Oruro. We continue by train towards Uyuni, arrival late at night. Transfer to the hotel, overnight stay.

DAY 4: UYUNI – SALT FLAT – HEDIONDA LAGOON
Breakfast. Departure to visit the Uyuni Salt Flat and the Incahuasi Island, this island is located in the heart of the salt flat and is the greatest of a group that represents an isolated ecosystem. The island is populated with a cacti species that measures up to 12 meters high, adding the background provided by the salt flat the panorama becomes impressive. Lunch in the island and in the afternoon we continue towards Laguna Hedionda, on route we visit the village of San Juan. Arrival to Laguna Hedionda where we can closely observe the andinian flamingos. Accommodation in a local hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 5: HEDIONDA LAGOON – RED LAGOON – GREEN LAGOON – VILLAMAR
Breakfast. Departure from Laguna Hedionda towards Villamar, crossing the Siloli Desert where we will see an interesting rocky formation known as Stone Tree., in this interesting journey we will be able to observe the famous llamas, vicuñas and a particular rodent denominated viscacha, we later visit he Red Lagoon classified as Andean Waters of height and counts with Borax islands in its nor and Southeastern sections, the red color is due to the fine sediment accumulation of the same color in the surface, as well as the pigmentation of certain type of seaweed. This lagoon is populated by 3 species of flamencos (among them the famous James), making this place one of the few in the world where they can be found together. Our last descent stop is Green Lagoon, an impressive aquatic mirror that resembles a giant emerald with a particular brightness in the mornings and afternoons; its color is due to the high magnesium content in the water. In the proximities of this lagoon is the Licancahur Volcano. Box lunch and we continue to the village of Villamar. Accommodation in a local hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 6: VILLAMAR – UYUNI – ORURO
Breakfast. Depart from Villamar towards Uyuni, in route we visit the valley of the rocks, famous for its giant rock formations, the villages of Alota, Kulpina K, the mining town and finally the train graveyard. Box lunch on route, arrival to Uyuni, lodging in a hotel and at midnight transfer to the train station to board the train to Oruro.

DAY 7: ORURO – LA PAZ
Arrival to Oruro in the morning and transfer to the bus station to board a regular bus to the city of La Paz. Transfer to the hotel.

DAY 8:    LA PAZ
Private transfer to the airport. (by car, van or bus)
